Description
"Whilst 2022 was much more a year for sparkling Chardonnay at Westwell, there was some real flavour developing towards the end of harvest. We decided to make a crisp, lean cuvée mainly in steel with just a little barrel ageing to add texture and weight. Whilst this is a bright textural wine, easy to drink on it's own as much as with food, the mid-palate has some lovely apricot and white peach flavours that compliment the classic citrus and saline finish."Adrian Pike, Winemaker
